My family loves French food since we have French/ Spanish backgreund and I personally have learn to cook French food, so this restaurant doesn't disappoints. The food is consistently good, full of flavor, and feels authentic. You can tell a lot of locals dine here, which is always a great sign. The restaurant is spacious, comfortable, and can easily accommodate large parties, making it a great choice for family dinners or celebrations. They have a great variety of wines to choose from, the prices are fair for the quality and the experience, and the service is always attentive. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!
I had a fantastic experience here. Everything we ordered was prepared with such care and attention to detail. The pasta was cooked perfectly and topped with a fresh sprig of herbs, while the sandwich was packed with crisp bacon and creamy avocado. I especially loved the golden, toasted bread on the sandwich. It is rare to find a place that balances comfort food with such high-quality presentation. We will definitely be coming back soon. It is the perfect spot for a satisfying meal.
I’ve been coming to French Roast since I was a teenager (shhh… a long time ago 😆), and it has never disappointed. The service was amazing from start to finish. I had the steak salad, and my daughter had the steak sandwich and both were absolutely delicious. Now, let’s talk about dessert. My daughter ordered the crème brûlée, and it was outstanding. I had the chocolate cake with coconut gelato… pure decadence! I’m usually not a dessert person, but I can’t recommend it enough. Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert, you won’t regret it. It’s always a pleasure coming back, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Such a cozy place to dine in or out! I ate my arugula salad before any pics it was a 10. The restaurant is casual; a cozy Parisian spot on the upper west side of town. Family friendly too. From previous dinners there, i can say w confidence, the hamburger is heavenly. When you add cheese and caramelized onion you won’t believe the juiciness and the flavor, like no other, absolutely gourmet.
