This is an absolute must-try. The space is beautiful. The service is lovely and they specialize in hospitality. The lemon potato’s, baba ghanoush, the bread, the chicken, everything was phenomenal. I will be taking all my family and friends. Thank you Sea Salt!
I visited Sea Salt NYC during Eid and tried their prix fixe menu along with the lamb chops. Overall, the food was tasty and well-prepared, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. However, I was disappointed because I visited specifically after seeing their online menu and was excited to try the mixed grill and lamb shank. When we arrived, one server told us that those dishes had not been available since 2019. This was confusing because we had seen recent reviews from customers mentioning those items. Another server later said that they are only served on very special occasions. If these dishes are no longer regularly available, I believe they should be removed from the menu or clearly marked as seasonal. They also claim to have the best baklava in NYC, but I have had better handmade baklava elsewhere. While the food was flavorful, the portion sizes were quite small for the price. Overall, it was a good dining experience with delicious food, but the inaccurate menu information and small portions prevented it from being a 5-star experience.

Literally one of the beat tasting meals ever. There are so many nice Mediterranean restaurants in the city and being from the region myself I usually understand the taste. This place was absolutely a pleasant surprise. I ordered Chicken kebab for my entré and the chicken was well cooked, full marinated and delicious. The rice it was served with tasted more like Asian fried rice but also delicious. Even the salad serving that came on the plate wasn't just lettuce leaves with onions like most places; it was a delicious mix of veggies with some fine tasting dressing.
This cozy restaurant is everything you need on a Saturday morning to gather your friends and recover from the week's fatigue. The decor and ambience, with its relaxing low volume music, is perfect for slow paced conversations . Service is fantastic to the level you question yourself if you are dining in the city. Our server Edi was great. He was patient, polite, considerate, and tremendously accomodating. The menu has been crafted to not overwhelm you with choices but yet give you great options. We tried their brunch prefix and were not dissapointed. Every dish, from hummus to the sirloin burger, came out tasting fresh and delicious. Portions were perfect for either a super hungry adult with large appetite or two moderately hungry adults with average appetite. Cocktails are slightly on the sweeter side but they are super accommodating if you want them to make is less sweet, more bitter, or non-alcoholic. I personally loved the limoncello beverage without alcohol, it was super refreshing. Desserts were all homemade and you could tell the difference. They pace the courses really well that you do not feel overwhelmed by food comma. They let you take your time and the vibes or so chill, I felt like I was dining somewhere off the Mediterranean coast! But that doesn't mean they are not attentive, we did not have any issues getting what we needed even with a full restaurant. Service was stellar. One person in our group wanted OJ but the restaurant was out of oranges. Seems they sent someone to get oranges and got her the juice a little later. Such hospitality! Overall, the food and experience was well worth the prices on their menu. I will reccommend it anyone and everyone seeking a really peaceful and cozy experience. Will visit soon again.
