My husband, our son, and I were visiting Manhattan for the weekend and decided to stop by The Sea Fire Grill on 48th Street. Even without a reservation, we were warmly welcomed right from the start. Outstanding Hospitality: We were greeted by Nick, who immediately put us at ease when we told him we didn't have a reservation, telling us not to worry and quickly finding us a wonderful table. Expert Recommendations: Once seated, our guide Jaime gave us fantastic food and drink suggestions—and we ended up following every single one of them! The Drinks & Entrées: My husband enjoyed a glass of wine, while I tried Jaime's cocktail recommendation, "The Love Potion," which was a delightful treat. For our meals, both of us had our own separate dishes: we each enjoyed the grilled prawns and the black pasta loaded with an incredible variety of fresh seafood. Our son enjoyed a delicious plate of pasta and chicken. Immaculate Service: Francesco took great care of us throughout the meal. Every single member of the staff was courteous, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making the entire evening feel special. While it is certainly on the pricier side, this was a special treat for our family, and we do not regret a single penny. The food was so delicious that I enjoyed every single bite. If you are looking for an upscale dining experience with world-class service in Midtown, I wholeheartedly recommend The Sea Fire Grill!

This place is an absolute must if you're looking for a fine dining experience in New York. The food was unbelievable. The crab legs were the best I've ever had, the tuna tartare was incredible, and every single dish we ordered was outstanding. But what made this night truly unforgettable was our server, Jaime. I've eaten at many great restaurants, and I can honestly say I've never experienced service like his. He was professional, friendly, funny, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we sat down. He didn't just serve our table—he made the entire evening an experience we'll remember. The owner should be incredibly proud to have someone like Jaime on the team and, honestly, he deserves a big bonus. Great food brings people in, but service like his is what makes people come back. The next time I'm in New York, this will be my first stop, and I hope Jaime is there again. Thank you for an amazing night!
We live in England and recently visited New York for six days. When we asked our hotel to recommend a place where we could enjoy a really good steak, they recommended The Seafire Grill — and we are so grateful they did! We loved it so much that we ended up eating there three times during our six-day stay! My husband and I are true food lovers, and I can honestly say that it had been a long time since we had eaten food this delicious. My personal favourites were the Spanish octopus, the crab legs (which they prepare and clean especially for you so you can truly enjoy every bite), the salmon, and the truffle pasta — absolutely delicious! My husband is a big steak lover, and he said it was the best steak he has ever had. The atmosphere is lovely — very calm, cosy and welcoming. A special thank you to Jaime for his excellent service, professionalism and wonderful sense of humour. He truly made our evenings even more enjoyable! And of course, the desserts were amazing too — especially the cheesecake and the lava cake. We highly recommend The Seafire Grill and would definitely come back next time we visit New York! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We held our annual holiday dinner at this amazing establishment Our server Jaime was absolutely amazing and made our experience go from a 10 to a 1000. His service, sense of humor and all around attitude was 2nd only to his kind the way he treated us all like family. His kind demeanor was everything that was needed for our special evening. 4 Million and you're coming on vacation with us, so get ready. :) The steaks were all amazing, melted like butter. The apps and sides were fantastic. Jaime's wine suggestion was top notch and the deserts were amazingly delicious. We were all very happy with our evening and will define back.
