First time back in NYC after 10 years and this is the first sit down restaurant I had here since my last time here. I had high expectations, and this restaurant solidified that NYC is still the hub for great food. Omer was attentive and so kind. Food was a 4.5/5 lobster fettuccine amazing. Squid ink pasta salted a little too much. Beet salad and fritto misto great. Arancini good. Drinks, must order. Ambiance perfect. Wait stag was also on top of everything. Never let our glasses go empty and plates cleared immediately. Overall pls come here if you’re looking for a nice sit down pasta dinner!
We were here to celebrate a friend’s birthday, and everything about the experience was wonderful. The ambiance was warm, stylish, and perfect for a special occasion. We started with the burrata and eggplant parmigiana, and both were absolutely delicious. For the main course, we ordered the cacio e pepe and the pasta alla vodka, and both dishes were rich, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We ended the meal with the tiramisu, which was the perfect. This place offers a great combination of delicious food, a beautiful ambiance, and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.
Absolute Cinema 😂 fantastic service from Renan our server. Great attentive service and the food quality was amazing. We stumbled upon this place by accident and it was best decision we made Renan and the entire servers team was fantastic. Absolute top notch service. Highly recommending this place
Osteria La Baia is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a nicer dinner late night! Pietro was so friendly and attentive, as was everyone else we interacted with. The pappardelle bolognese was incredible as was the gnocchi caprese. The crème brûlée was AMAZING and the drinks including pecan espresso martini were excellent. Overall a really wonderful experience, and honestly not too expensive all things considered for a nicer Italian spot in midtown. Highly recommend, and special kudos again to Pietro and team for making our night particularly special. :)
The food here was outstanding, with my family trying the lasagne, pappardelle alla bolognese, and cacio pepe. For dessert, the tiramisu and profiteroles were amazing!! The food came out so quick, we were not left waiting.The service was perfect, with our waiter Pietro exceptional. Pietro was extremely attentive, and ensured we had the most lovely meal, thank you! All the other servers were excellent also- you couldn’t fault the service! We enjoyed our meal and would definitely return.
