Le Pavillon delivers an exceptional dining experience where elegant cuisine meets impeccable hospitality. The bouillabaisse is exquisitely prepared, rich with depth and beautifully balanced, while the carrot cake provides a memorable finale with its refined sweetness and flawless texture. The striking combination of warm wood and contemporary concrete creates a sophisticated space that feels both natural and modern. Attentive, polished service complements every course, making this a restaurant that excels in every aspect and is well deserving of a return visit.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Le Pavillon. We chose the prix fixe menu, and every course was beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself is elegant and stunning, creating a truly special atmosphere. Our server was exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the evening. I only wish I had remembered his name so I could thank him personally. Everything from the food to the service exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and will definitely return the next time we’re in New York. Highly recommended!

We had a picture perfect late lunch at Le Pavillon in a welcoming and calm urban garden setting. The tastes, presentation and service exceeded our high expectations. The avocado and tuna dishes started the meal off nicely with light and bright flavors and awakened our palates for the lobster pasta, delicious trout and mouth watering steak with short rib dishes. Desserts were decadent and the Manhattan and Old fashioned were tasty spirit forward cocktails. Merci beaucoup, Chef and team! 👍🏼🍸🐠 🦞 🥩⭐

We came to Le Pavillon for my husband’s birthday and chose the chef’s tasting menu at $205 per person. This is by far the most we’ve ever spent on dinner, so it was a very special occasion for us and we came in expecting a memorable experience. First, the restaurant itself is beautiful. The interior, the greenery, and all of the plants create such a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, for the price, we left feeling disappointed with both the food and parts of the service. We ordered our tasting menu, and our canapés arrived before the sommelier came to help us choose wine. I would have expected to have at least a glass of wine on the table before the first bites arrived. Our server was very kind, and the sommelier was informative and helpful, so no complaints there. Where service fell short was mostly with the pacing and attention to detail. The food runners would often quickly drop off each course, mumble what the dish was, and walk away before we could ask questions. At one point I tried asking what a sauce was and literally couldn’t catch them before they were gone. Some were better than others, but overall it felt rushed. There were also a few small things that added up. My husband’s bread knife was taken during one clearing, and although our server said they’d bring another one, we ended up sharing mine for the next couple of courses before they realized it never came. Also, after being offered more bread (which we gladly accepted because it was delicious), it never arrived. We mentioned it twice more, and after three separate asks, we still never got it. By dessert, we realized the bread simply wasn’t coming. These aren’t huge issues on their own, but when dinner for two comes to around $720 with wine, tax, and tip, those details matter. As for the food, it was good, but not great. Everything was nicely presented and well cooked, but nothing felt particularly memorable or exciting. I was expecting at least one or two standout dishes that we’d still be talking about days later, and that just didn’t happen. Most of the courses were also served lukewarm, which I wasn’t sure was intentional. I did appreciate that they were able to swap out the duck course for another fish course since I don’t eat duck, and that flexibility was appreciated. Our favorite course was actually dessert, and they also brought out a small extra cake for my husband’s birthday, which was a very nice touch. Overall, we had a nice evening, but for this price point, “nice” just doesn’t feel like enough. I really don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but when you spend this much money, you expect the experience to feel exceptional. Instead, it felt just okay.

I’ve been in New York for the past 10 days and have dined out every night, and I can honestly say that Le Pavillon was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Everything about the evening was exceptional - the service, the attention to detail, the food, the presentation, and the beautiful ambiance. Every element felt thoughtful and perfectly executed. The sommelier was extremely knowledgeable and recommended a fabulous wine from the Jura region that I truly enjoyed and would likely have never discovered on my own. Thank you, Le Pavillon, for such a memorable experience. This is a truly outstanding restaurant and well deserving of all the accolades it receives. I will absolutely be back for more.
