Made a reservation but the place was pretty quiet and relaxed, which was a nice vibe. We ordered avocado toast, pancakes to share, and I got the breakfast bowl. The pancakes were the highlight — fluffy, not dry, genuinely tasty. The avocado toast was very generous, well put together. The breakfast bowl had a lot of flavor and I appreciated the originality, though probably not something I’d order again. Overall a great experience, and what really stood out was the price point — very reasonable compared to other trendy spots. Generous portions, good food, great service. Would definitely recommend!
Really nice spot for brunch. The food was delicious, people were friendly. My avocado toast was really good. A group of people who were sitting next to me were telling the waiter how much they loved the salads here and that ever since they tried it they would bring their friends to Grey Dog and everyone always likes it. I’ll be back.
Delicious breakfast at the Grey Dog and really kind service. We especially enjoyed the vegan egg option on top of the avocado toast. The bacon was super thick cut and absolutely delicious and the home fries were really tasty - we loved that they topped them with scallions. Large dining area, comfortable seating.
Our experience with the American breakfast was truly positive. We were looking for a place to enjoy pancakes, and despite the long lines at the more famous spots, we ended up at a lesser-known place that pleasantly surprised us. The pancakes were amazing—delicious, hearty, and plentiful, though I couldn’t finish them all. I also ordered an oat milk latte, which arrived promptly in a lovely glass. The atmosphere was perfect for a brunch, and we felt right at home. Additionally, I tried a delicious French toast, and the portions were generous with great value for the price
