My boyfriend surprised me with dinner here and we had the absolute best best time!!!! Mark was an absolute phenomenal waiter and took such wonderful care of us. He carefully went over standout menu items and made our experience as first time customers super enjoyable. THE FOOD THOUGH!!!!!! We could not believe what we were eating! Everything we ordered was better than imagined! The chef himself even visited our table and was so kind to us! We cannot recommend this place more! - And not to mention, such an awesome location being inside of Grand Central !! We will be back soon !!
Wow. Iconic restaurant. Iconic space. An NYC must. Thank you Palladino’s team, thank you Chef Chris and the amazing team you’ve built in the kitchen. So much heart. Just wow. Wagyu like butter! Crab crisp and lobster scampi were perfection. Slow cooked bacon was tender and sweet and sublime. That coconut cocktail was like a vacation in a drink lol. I can’t even talk about that chocolate cake. Just all around classic and thoughtfully executed.
We stopped by Palladino’s Steak & Seafood for just appetizers and dessert and decided to try their seafood tower. Since this restaurant is still fairly new—it has only been open in Grand Central since September 2025—we wanted to give it a try, and it did not disappoint. We ordered the tower that says it serves four, but honestly, if you have four people, I’d recommend getting the one that serves six. It disappeared quickly because everything was so delicious. The oysters tasted incredibly fresh, and both the lobster and shrimp had that perfect firm, juicy pop when you bit into them. I also loved the little details, especially the mini Tabasco sauce bottles they served with the tower. I enjoyed them so much that I took two home with me! And whatever you do, don’t leave without trying their chocolate cake. It’s absolutely decadent, rich, and indulgent—the perfect way to end the meal. Even though we only came for appetizers and dessert, this new addition to Grand Central made a great first impression, and I’d happily come back again.
In full honesty wasn’t my first choice for a reservation but WOW I am sure glad this evening happened. I have already scheduled a revisit! Let’s start with the service. Over the top. Amazing. Unreal. True team effort but absolute call out to Eliah. She is an absolute professional. She made the evening stellar. Above and beyond. GM Marc also a true gem. Checked on every table and there was no task beneath him. He was doing whatever he needed to do to ensure the guests were happy and left satisfied. Again, true team effort starts at the top. I was also fortunate enough to meet Mr Palladino himself. Wishing him continued success as his attention to detail is obvious everywhere. Food. Everything was absolutely incredible. Meatball, onion bloom, cream spinach, NY Strip (cooked absolutely to perfection) snapper and sea bass with steamed veggies in a bag. I can’t speak highly enough about the flavors and again, attention to detail. How about your choice of three different steak sauces?! Lived each one almost equally. Lastly the hummingbird cake? Seriously? Could this have gone any better? Pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely gorgeous setting and Me Palladino you’ve outdone yourself. Absolutely counting the minutes to our revisit!!
From the moment my security team and I walked into Palladinos, we were greeted with a lot of love and immediately seated. The decor is very elegant and classy making it a great spot for a casual group dinner or a dinner date. ⭐️⭐️Much love to the Manager Marc ⭐️⭐️Shout outs to Chef Chris and Chef ⭐️⭐️Sam Hazen (you guys are amazing) ⭐️⭐️Lee was very attentive, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He provided excellent recommendations and ensured we were taken care of.(thank you for your hospitality) What we enjoyed.. The tennis court cocktail the market oysters and classic shrimp cocktail Chefs Sam’s Meatball Tuna sushi Rolls Roasted Brussels sprouts Roasted rainbow carrots Potato gratin Buttery mashed potato Macaroni and cheese French fries Filet mignon Prime rib A5 wagyu tomahawk steak Salmon A few different desserts everything we had was delicious!!!! ⭐️⭐️Joe Palladino⭐️⭐️ The ambiance here is perfect-so warm and inviting.
