Great atmosphere! The food was tasty, but really lacked substance. I ordered the FETTUCINE BOLOGNESE pictured here. The photo is as the meal was presented, however it looks like I’ve already eaten the hearty meat sauce. There was VERY LITTLE meat in the sauce. It tasted very good, but disappointing lack of meat in the bolognese. My sister ordered the special: pasta with sausage and mushrooms. Hers had just bits of sausage. We were with a party of 5. Two others ordered a meatless pasta from the specials menu. Pistachio & Mint Pesto. Very tasty. The 5th ordered pasta with white clam sauce that she was happy with.
Everything is outstanding and impressive! Having dined at those Michelin Italian restaurants in NY I am amazed by every dish here! And I love the staff - very attentive and friendly. I will go back, often!

A true local gem! I have been coming here for years. The food is like mama’s Italian homemade cooking. Delivery homemade pasta, excellent olive oil to dip great bread. Even the breadsticks are excellent. Then there is the tiramisu, the peach grapa and a simple but great for the digestion canarino to end your dinner. Service is perfect!
Sandros was recommended to us by the owner of a small vineyard in Frascati outside Rome. Run, don’t walk. This was the most delicious and authentic Italian meal I’ve had since being back from Italy. Cannot wait to come back to try more dishes! We shared the Burrata appetizer, it was perfect. The roasted peppers were delicious and sweet. The balsamic they put on the table was the best I’ve ever had. Then we had the real Milanese and lemon pasta - both were the best versions of each I’ve ever had. Will be back as soon as possible!
