★★★★★ Green Kitchen 70 was such a refreshing brunch spot! The atmosphere is bright, cozy, and full of greenery, making it a great place to slow down and enjoy a meal. We came as a family, and the kids loved everything they ordered. The portions were generous, so everyone left full and happy. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful, the omelet was perfectly cooked, and the breakfast sandwiches, pancakes, crispy bacon, and lattes were all delicious. You can definitely tell they don’t skimp on quality or portion size. A couple of things worth mentioning: the restrooms are very small, and while they do sell bottled water, I tried the fountain water. As someone who’s admittedly a water snob, I’d give it a 7/10 because it had a slight taste, but the rest of the family didn’t mind. Most people probably wouldn’t notice, but it’s something I pay attention to. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with great food, a relaxing atmosphere, and friendly service. I’d absolutely come back the next time we’re in NYC!
This was my first time dining here, and I had such a great experience! Brian made the visit exceptional. His customer service is truly 1000/10 he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was attentive from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcomed, which made the entire experience even better. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in making guests feel valued. I’ll definitely be coming back, and a big part of that is because of the outstanding service Brian provided. Highly recommend!
I’ve always wanted to try Green Kitchen because I kept seeing it on Instagram, and I’m so glad I finally did! My two friends and I went for lunch, and right away I was impressed by their Happy Hour from 11 AM–7 PM Monday through Friday, such a great deal! I had two espresso martinis, my friend had Tito’s and seltzer, and my other friend ordered an iced matcha that was absolutely delicious. The espresso martini wasn’t quite as strong as I personally prefer, but it was still enjoyable. For appetizers, we ordered the potato skins, mozzarella sticks, and nachos. Everything was amazing! The potato skins came with three fully loaded pieces and were so flavorful. The mozzarella sticks were to die for…made with real cheese and served with vodka sauce instead of marinara, which I loved. The nachos were fully loaded and covered with toppings. I’m usually not a fan of chili on nachos, but these were surprisingly delicious. For my meal, I ordered the chicken cutlet Caesar wrap. I thought the wrap would be a little bigger, but it was so fresh, crunchy, and flavorful that I didn’t even mind. The side salad with the vinaigrette dressing was also excellent. My friends ordered the steak quesadilla and the crispy chicken Caesar salad, and they both loved their meals as well. Overall, we had a great experience. The food was fresh, the portions were generous, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the Happy Hour is hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back!
My coworkers and I originally went to another restaurant but were disappointed with the service, so we searched on Google and found Green Kitchen. We decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server, Brian, was phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was packed, we were seated, placed our order, and had our food within about 10 minutes. The food was absolutely excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The home fries were especially good, and the portion size was great. Overall, we had such a great experience and would definitely come back!
Came here for a late breakfast or early brunch on a Sunday. There were tables available, but I still recommend making a reservation. Service was great in the beginning they were very attentive but after a while, it got so busy that they forgot about us, but not horribly but so it could be done a little bit better. they have indoor and outdoor seating available. It is on a corner the Street. Food was good. Three people ate and it was under $90 before the tip however we did not get any drinks besides a cappuccino. The pancakes were pretty good. They could’ve been a little bit fluffy but not bad at all. The omelette was really good and so was the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. There's lots of choices on the menu and even though it was morning, they allowed me to get the salad so I don’t think the menu is restrictive based on timing. I would come here again. Definitely recommend. The food was fresh and tasted very good!
