We celebrated a year from when we got engaged in Paris at this beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious; the music was incredible and our server Andrea completely took care of us. We had prosecco to celebrate, opened gifts and enjoyed each other’s company to the steak and the branzino. If you come here, ask for Andrea and ask for her recommendations ♥️ It was so special because of her.
Loved this restaurant! The hostess was so friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in. Our cocktails were great, the food was good, atmosphere was lovely, servers were very helpful (Stephanie was so sweet). Overall great experience here and we will definitely make a point to come back. I'd highly recommend reservations for Saturday brunch because it was quite busy. Only negative is they don't do substitutions on food orders but otherwise we enjoyed everything about this cozy place!
Le Petit Village has truly carved out something special in the West Village. It’s the kind of place that transports you, and if you’ve ever spent time in the south of France, you’ll feel it immediately. The food is exactly what a French brasserie should be — classic, refined, and executed with care. Every dish felt intentional, nothing was an afterthought. But what truly elevated the experience was the service. Angela was wonderful throughout the evening — attentive, warm, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from start to finish. And then there’s Tiff, the General Manager, who operates on a completely different level. Nothing passed her. She had eyes on every table, every detail, every guest — and you could feel it in the energy of the entire room. The kind of hospitality professional who reminds you why great service is truly an art form. She stopped by to check on us and it felt genuine, not transactional. Le Petit Village isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. Already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for the best of French dining in NYC, this is your place.
My daughter and I had dinner here. It was late, so we just ordered 2 dishes and shared them. Everything was delicious! We shared the Spring Chicken and the Papparadelle. The place is so charming with brick walls and great decor. The service was good, and very friendly, but not as attentive as we are used to. We will definitely be back to try more dishes.

The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling overbearing. Service flowed effortlessly, and every interaction felt intentional and kind. A special thank you to the manager, who was absolutely fantastic—present, engaging, and clearly leading with pride and passion. It made such a difference and didn’t go unnoticed.
