I've dined at Frida's twice for team dinners and both times it was loved and lauded by all. We have a range of dietary restrictions from none to pescatarian to vegetarian to vegan to Saatvik and everyone had a great meal. We even ordered additional appetizers to share. The private dining room is a great, colorful space and allows everyone to speak freely without disturbing other diners (the space os downstairs while the main dining room is on the first floor). The server staff is awesome and attentive. I know I'll go there again.
Can't praise this restaurant enough. We booked a 5pm table for 6 last minute on a Saturday (with 3 young picky teenagers in the mix). Was great that they have a happy hour menu until 6pm! We got to share some apps and the adults got drinks for a fraction of the dinner menu price. The food was excellent with all the teens eating everything off their plates. In addition, our server was SO sweet - while we didn't tell anyone we were there to celebrate my Mom's birthday, our server overheard us giving thanks and cheers to my Mom at the start of our dinner. Then, at the end of the dinner, the staff surprised my Mom with a huge sparkler, a dessert platter with "Happy birthday" written on the plate and celebratory sombreros for everyone at the table. It was unexpected, joyful and fun and my Mom LOVED IT. Thanks so much for a wonderful dinner Frida's!!
From the moment we walked in, everything about this place felt special. The hospitality? Top tier. The vibe? Beautiful and welcoming. But what truly made the night unforgettable was the people. Our server, Juan Carlos, was absolutely AMAZING, attentive, kind, and genuinely made us feel cared for the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. And let me tell you… when the bartender personally came out to make my drink WOW. That alone elevated the whole experience. The presentation, the detail, the flavor… perfection. 🍸✨ The hostess was just as incredible, she even offered to take our pictures, making sure we captured such a beautiful night. Those little touches? They matter. And they made me feel like royalty the entire time. Now let’s talk about the food… UFFFF 🔥 Every single dish was delicious, flavorful, and cooked to absolute perfection. You can taste the quality, the care, and the passion in every bite. From the appetizers to the main dishes, everything was a hit. No complaints, not even one. This wasn’t just dinner… this was an experience. The kind that makes you want to come back again and again. It was conveniently located next to a popular hotel chain. We could get a table on Christmas Day with no wait and they had live music playing. Fun ambience and friendly staff. We did drinks and appetizers and they were good. Especially the drink Altitud by Still Gin! Crisp and fresh flavors.
Everything was delicious and the service from Gio is perfect! The bartender Pedro made Pisco Sour and Espresso Martini that were 10/10 I had the Esquites for app, Arroz Chaufa for entree and Dulce Frida for dessert from the Lunch Specials. They were so good!
