My husband & I took some friends for brunch here, recently, & it was lovely. I'd been to one of their other locations, before, but found this "petite" boucherie especially charming, nestled as it is, on the corner of Christopher and Gay Street. Large windows let in ample light & the decor is likely to make you feel as if you've gone to Paris. The food is on the pricier side—$25 for yogurt, granola & berries—but the quality was excellent. Unless you're making more money than you know what to do with, this likely won't become your regular spot, but when you want something a little extra/special, I'd highly recommend it.
The food and service at this spot was great, as was there cocktails and their wine list. The dishes were authentic and flavorful and uniquely presented. The spot is quaint and the huge windows give you a great view into the Village. Only issue for me was the heat. It was so hot in there I had trouble fully enjoying the experience. I'll have to come back when the sun does down a bit.
such a cute spot and perfect for a date or double date. more quaint than the main boucherie. food is good. service is amazing. the chicken was the best. i would go for vibes and quality of service and a drink before dinner on a date night. we went on a thursday at 8:15 with no issues in the res.
I had the most wonderful birthday dinner here. The restaurant is so cozy and romantic. It reminds me of all the adorable restaurants I’ve been to in Paris. All I want is a perfectly cooked fish and this place delivered! We both had grilled salmon and a bottle of Bordeaux which were both delicious. For dessert we had the most wonderful chocolate tart which was part of restaurant week (they need to put it on their regular menu!). Susanna was our server who was so lovely and made our whole experience. This is my new favorite restaurant in West Village. Already thinking of my next visit.
Walked in as a party of 3 for a late night dinner on a Tuesday. Suzana immediately greeted us as it seemed pretty busy for a Tuesday night and had us seated with no reservation. We ordered two steak frites and the boucherie burger which were all absolutely delicious. As is seemed pretty busy, Suzana was very attentive, friendly, welcoming and served our table with such hospitality and in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back not just for the amazing food but for the outstanding service provided by Suzana.
