Quelle belle découverte! This restaurant captures the soul of southern France with incredible attention to detail. Every table, every painting, every plant, and every bottle of wine contributes to an atmosphere that feels authentic instead of manufactured. Le service était chaleureux, accueillant et attentionné. You immediately feel like family instead of just another customer. The menu isn’t trying to be huge. Instead, it focuses on carefully prepared French classics using quality ingredients, and that’s exactly why it works. J’ai adoré l’ambiance. It’s cozy, romantic, peaceful, and perfect whether you’re enjoying a glass of wine or a full dinner. If you’re looking for flashy dining, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for heart, authenticity, incredible French comfort food, excellent wines, and a place you’ll want to return to, you’ve found it. Merci beaucoup pour cette magnifique expérience. We are foodie girls who love to explore the city and find the nice restaurants. We ordered 2 Crepes 2 onion soups 1 The Parisian croissant Croque madame and French toast all the dishes were really good the onion soup was tasty and smooth with herbs aroma I really liked it . The service was nice we've been taking care by twin servers just one thing I wish their coffee could be better I am a coffee lover so all the scores go to their food.
This restaurant is a beautiful escape that genuinely makes you long for Provence! The moment you walk in, the vibrant murals and charming decor transport you straight to the sunny South of France. The owner and staff are incredibly warm and welcoming—they treat you less like customers and more like old friends. Their attentiveness shines through in every detail. I especially adore how they break the monotony of standard restaurant tableware by using unique, eclectic plates for different dishes. It adds such a playful, artistic touch that makes the whole dining experience so much more vibrant and joyful. The menu is packed with distinct, flavorful dishes, but you absolutely MUST try the Pasta! The escargot is wonderfully tender, and the rich, savory sauce clings perfectly to the pasta. Honestly, it was so incredibly delicious that I could have easily polished off two portions by myself! Hahaha! Between the beautiful atmosphere, the heartfelt hospitality, and the stellar food, this place has captured my heart. Will definitely be a regular!
I walked into this restaurant with my fiancé last night without really knowing what to expect. We were at the end of a very long day, and just needed a place to sit down and recharge. We were immediately taken by the charming decor, and the incredibly warm service. We ordered the duck breast fettuccine, the buratta and bread to start, and the crêpe with lamb, sausage and egg. Everything was amazing, fresh ingredients, and thoughtfully prepared by a considerate staff. However, the fettuccine with duck breast is the star of the show. Easily the best pasta I’ve had in New York City.
I had such an amazing experience at Maison Provenance last night. The ambiance was cozy, charming, and truly felt like a beautiful French escape in Brooklyn. Chef Lolo was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and kind. He made us feel like part of the family, which made the entire evening even more special. One of my favorite moments was getting to practice my French with him, which added such a personal and authentic touch to the experience. The food and drinks were outstanding from beginning to end. We enjoyed a bottle of Provence Château Sainte Roseline “Lampe de Meduse” Cru Classé, mimosas, Spritz, and Kronenbourg 1664 beer. For appetizers, the charcuterie board was excellent, and the goat cheese & bacon salad was fresh and perfectly balanced with honey, green apple, and Provençal herbs. The shrimp appetizer was also delicious. For entrées, the crêpe saumon fumé was rich and flavorful, and the Provençal fettuccini with shrimp and mussels in homemade tomato sauce was absolutely incredible. The desserts were the perfect ending to the night; especially the chocolate crêpe with homemade chocolate sauce, toasted almonds, and whipped cream, along with the caramel crêpe served with vanilla ice cream. Everything was fresh, authentic, and made with care. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for amazing French food, wonderful hospitality, and a warm atmosphere in Brooklyn.
