This was a delicious and memorable meal! The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, the room was gorgeous, and the unique touches were clever. Choosing your steak knife was fun and unexpected; the drinks had distinctive ingredients; the staff was knowledgeable , kind, and friendly. Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Carver Steak. The steak was truly melt-in-your-mouth delicious— cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone was kind, friendly, attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience. We can’t wait to visit again and enjoy another incredible meal. Highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for outstanding food and top-notch service.
Carversteak NYC was absolutely top notch. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every steak was cooked exactly to the correct doneness, and the appetizers were just as great. The service truly elevated the experience. All of our servers were incredibly friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. My husband said his old fashioned was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a celebration. The restaurant was spacious, lively without being too loud, and had a very pleasant ambiance. We came to celebrate my husband’s graduation, and they even surprised us with complimentary panna cotta, which was such a thoughtful touch. Definitely worth the price for the quality of food, service, and overall experience. We’ll absolutely be back!

Went here for an engagement dinner last night. This newly opened restaurant is a true 5-star experience from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, the service was absolutely impeccable—attentive, polished, and genuinely welcoming. One of the highlights of the night was being the first to order their tableside Old Fashioned service—and to our surprise, the drink was on the house. Watching it crafted right at the table added such a unique, elevated touch to the evening. The attention to detail didn’t stop there—they even let you choose your own steak knives, which made the experience feel that much more personalized and special. And the food? Incredible. The steak was cooked to perfection and so tender it cut like butter—easily one of the best I’ve had. Everything about this place exudes quality and care. If you’re looking for a memorable steakhouse experience, this is it. Also check out the rooftop bar and the cocktail lounge for a night cap. We will definitely be coming back.
