Great in every way. Fresh and delicious food with excellent but totally unpretentious service. Potato gratin was probably the best I've ever had. The rustic decor is also very pleasant. Expensive, but entirely worth it.
Exceptional and fairly reasonable considering NYC pricing. Service was superb and attentive. The wine list was short but unique and designed to the dishes. The lamb special was wow, a long time since I've had a good tender lamb dish. I agree with some other reviewers that they should use a better cut of beef for their steak frites but it was delicious nevertheless. It's a quaint spot in the village and it's worth a return visit.
Outstanding place! Very small/ cozy, unpretentious vibe/ space with amazing food from beginning to end. Will be back soon!
