Great food, but the service fell short of expectations. There was a very long delay between our appetizers and main courses, which unfortunately resulted in our $275 steak arriving cold. On top of that, our waiter had a bit of an attitude explaining what was going on. The kitchen clearly has talent, but for these prices, the front-of-house timing and hospitality need serious improvement.
What an incredible experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is elegant, vibrant, and perfect for a special night out with friends. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The oysters topped with fresh caviar were absolutely outstanding, and the wine selection complemented the meal perfectly. The service was attentive, professional, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the evening. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable dining experience. A perfect combination of exceptional food, impeccable service, and a sophisticated atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back and create more unforgettable memories here. Highly recommended! ✨🥂🦪🍷
Crane Club left me with mixed feelings, though overall I am leaning positive. The main issue, in my opinion, is that the place seems to have lost some of the exclusivity and atmosphere that once made it feel special. It used to feel like the kind of establishment where people made an effort, dressed well, and treated the night as something elevated. Now it feels like the door policy is much looser, and that shift has taken away some of the magic and polish the place used to have. As for the food, it was mostly solid across the menu, but the veggie lasagna was a clear miss and definitely not something I would order again. Still, aside from that dish, the overall experience was good, and there is enough there to keep the place worth visiting.
Spectacular dinner all around! Unmatched ambiance in the venue and Stefania our waitress was unmatched. The food was our best meal in ages. Make sure to try the tomato app. Bread is best we’ve had. We hosted big foodie friends and they were super impressed!! Steaks we mostly to share and did not disappoint!! The crowd was ultra trendy and beautiful! We will be back soon!
Oh. My. GOD. Crane Club was excellent. I was genuinely blown away from the minute we stepped inside. The entire space is a masterpiece, the soaring arches, the warm, sculptural lighting, the way the architecture frames each room so thoughtfully. And speaking of welcoming… the staff was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely excited to walk us through the experience. Then the food started arriving, and it honestly just kept getting better with every course. We kicked things off with what might genuinely be the best bread basket I’ve ever had - even the basket itself was edible. Such a fun, unexpected detail that immediately tells you the kitchen is playing at a very creative, elevated level. We followed that with the croquette topped with caviar, which was outstanding! We also ordered a salad that leaned a bit more seafood-forward than expected, but still super fresh. Oh, and the warm tomatoes. It sounds simple, but these were unbelievable!! Bursting with flavor and the way they paired with the feta on top was just perfection. We finished with the short rib, which was incredibly tender and full of depth. All in all, Crane Club completely exceeded expectations. It’s the kind of restaurant that gets every detail right, from the atmosphere and service to the creativity and execution of the dishes.
