We hosted our wedding at Dirty French in New York City, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we booked our event, every detail was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine enthusiasm by their incredible staff. A special thank you to Morgan Bryson, our event coordinator. Morgan made the entire planning process effortless, was always responsive, and ensured every detail came together perfectly. Knowing everything was in such capable hands allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day. The service was beyond anything we could have imagined. Every member of the team made us and our guests feel welcomed and celebrated, ensuring the entire evening flowed flawlessly. The food was absolutely outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the attention to detail was second to none. If you’re looking for a restaurant to host a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or any special occasion, we cannot recommend Dirty French highly enough. They helped create memories that will last a lifetime, and we are so grateful to Morgan and the entire team for making our wedding day absolutely unforgettable.
Pretty good, started off with complimentary flat bread, a bit oily but not bad. Deviled egg was a nice bite. Mushroom paired with sauce, love the texture from the peas in the sauce. Ordered the Babette medium rare, really nice piece of meat, could use some sauce though, garnish wasn’t enough. Grapefruit soda, pretty refreshing but prepare for the sourness.
Went to the drag bingo brunch at Dirty French and had such a fun time! The atmosphere and performances were great, but the biggest surprise was the burger… honestly one of the best I’ve had in NY and rivals my favorite from Dante’s . Great drinks, fries, and overall vibe. Definitely worth it for brunch in Manhattan.
Dirty French was a whole vibe. The lighting, music, and energy hit that perfect balance of upscale but still fun and a little gritty. Food was really good. The fish dish came out in that small pan with a rich broth, mushrooms, and greens. It looked simple but had a lot of flavor and was one of those dishes you take your time with. Drinks were on point. The classic cocktail was smooth and well done. The flaming drink was a standout, great presentation and actually tasted as good as it looked. Service was solid. Attentive without hovering and everything came out at the right time. Overall a great experience. Good food, strong drinks, great vibe. I would definitely go back.
we went here last Christmas and the place is pretty, i love the vibes it cozy and quite with a good taste of music! also the service is great thank you for our server! for the food i will say its so-so, some of the dish i like it but my expectations is much higher for the price. also i got a broken plates for the dessert, it’s alright but will be nice if the plates is not broken. the flat bread is pretty good, salty, warm and tasty to start with, also the calamari is good. but unfortunately i’m not enjoying the duck so much because the sauce is a little too sweet and the duck meat is too gamey. but our fillet mignon is good and perfectly cooked!❤️ overall is a nice experience, 7.5/10.
