- Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay full fare.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if flying after 4:00 PM due to traffic conditions.
- You may fly anytime between check-in and your scheduled flight time.
- Seating is assigned by weight for safety; passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a $50 fee per person.
- Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements aren’t met; you will receive an alternative flight or a full refund.
- Maximum of 6 passengers per aircraft; larger groups will be split across multiple helicopters.
- Missed flights are non-refundable.
- Sunset views are not guaranteed.
