Staying at the Marriot Marquis and booked a reservation forn6pm Saturday between 2 shows. Next show was at 8. We went one other time in December and swrvicw was so slow but decided to try again. We get there and a young man comes over and says he's our server and let him knkw when we atr ready to order (does not ask for drinks) 30 seconds later a manager come over and says oir regular server will be right back and he would take our order(was a little confused at this point). Another minute later original guy comes back and apologized and double checked our order. Few minutes later app comes out. Fast forward an hour still no food. They were busy so I decided to wait 4 more minutes before checking since I had time. Server comes over with the bill and I say...ummmm we never got our food. He said :what food?" THE ORDER NEVER GOT PUT IN! So we went to the 8pm show very hungry and didn't get to eat until midnight:( Service was bad and it's literally the same food that's on the room service menu. Cool view but skip it.
It was a lovely experience overall. Great views of Times Square from most of the tables. It's a bit of a maze getting there as it is located in a hotel. Fun fact: if you make a reservation (which I strongly suggest), and you want a window seat overlooking Times Square, there is an upcharge for that particular seating.
