📍 Jimmy’s Corner (140 W 44th St, Midtown) You can try to evict the last real dive bar in Times Square, but you can’t evict the spirit of a place that’s been serving up $5 beers and heavy pours since 1971. 🥊 The suits want to turn this legendary boxing haven into luxury condos, but Adam Glenn and the crew are fighting it out until the bitter end. You don't replace history, neon lights, and walls covered in championship boxing memorabilia with high-rise glass. Where else in Midtown are construction guys and people in tuxedos going to argue about sports over a shot? If you haven’t been yet, get your ass down to 44th Street. Grab a cold one (or a warm Corona if you’re like that one regular in the comments), respect the history, and help save a piece of real New York. They wanted us out in November and we're still here. Round 2. Let’s go. 🍻
I love it here! Best night out I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is so friendly and it’s a great time out. So much personality to this place I’ll be back for sure.
A hidden gem of a dive and one of the last standing in midtown. The bathroom is well decorated. The place feels like your local watering hole. Hope it lasts forever.
I must say this place is popular 😄 by seeing the crowd. Seating place is limited so people stand and drink. They don't offer anything to eat. It's purely drinking 🚰 place. They serve wine 🍷 , beer 🍺🍻 , whiskey etc alcoholic beverages. They also serve cold drinks, soda 🥤, juice 🧃. Parking spots are all paid no street parking spots are available.
