LUMA Hotel Times Square
New York
Recensioner
Overall the hotel was good with few issues. However was one major problem, the internet. For some reason, when we arrived, the WiFi was broken. This would normally not be a problem due to cellular service, however, there wasn’t any service. The internet only got fixed at the end of our stay. Also, when we first checked in we were given 2 keycards that both broke within the same day we received them. This want that big of a problem as we got the OpenLey app. Aside from those 2 issues, the hotel was decent and I especially loved their breakfast. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had.
I will tell everyone to stay at LUMA when going to NYC. It is right in Time Square but the rooms are QUIET. The staff was fantastic. The rooms were a great size and had 2 king size beds. The valet parking was easy. Since we booked online directly with LUMA we got free breakfast and a voucher to use towards dining/drinks. There were slippers (for us to take home) in each room and an umbrella and robes to use while staying at the hotel. They put thought into your stay and it shows.
We stayed at the hotel this week for 7 nights. The service was amazing! The location is fantastic! The rooms are very clean, modern, and beautiful. We couldn’t hear the street noise at all — surprisingly quiet. And the beds are so comfortable! There’s no doubt I’ll return to this hotel the next time I’m in New York City!
We booked Luma NYC for our family vacation and the reviews lived up to the expectations. It can be tough to find a spot in the city that actually feels comfortable for everyone, but this nailed it. The staff was wonderful and the location was perfect for getting around, but the best part was that our room was actually quiet, which is a total win when you're traveling with the family and need some actual sleep. We were able to get two queen beds and they were way more comfortable than the tiny beds you usually get in NYC. The whole place felt fresh and well-kept. We’ll definitely be booking here again the next time we're in town!
