The hotel has a very good location, the room was spacious, clean and well organized, with good facilities and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rest of the staff were polite and professional, including the housekeeping team. The hotel also offers excellent coffee, comfortable beds, and everything was very clean throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience was negatively affected by the attitude of one of the employees during check-in. From the very beginning, the communication felt cold and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff member was not communicative and at moments came across as rude, which left a disappointing first impression.
Great hotel. I will say it's extremely expensive but is quite and hidden, I like that. Front desk agent in the morning , I believe her name was Melonie helped me with my luggage upstairs. All the staff was great. Room are terrific and spacious. I will be back soon.
