We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here! Special shout out to Courtni for the wonderful first impression of the accommodation and for always bringing a positive and warm energy everytime we saw her - she’s a real asset to the place! The location here is great: just a short walk to SoHo main shops and the lower east side. We loved walking around all over to the west village financial district etc but the property is also close to a few subways so it’s very easy to get around that way too when in a rush or if the legs are getting tired! It’s a great location away from the crowds in midtown which we hadn’t done before but will definitely do again! Freeman Alley can get a bit busy with people - whether it’s taking photos of the graffiti walls or painting them but it was a cool experience! The beds here were really comfortable, daily housekeeping was great, the room had everything we needed. Easy access with the door code so we didn’t have to worry about bringing a key, the lifts were pretty quick, room had a mini fridge, hairdryer, storage under bed and bedside for suitcases, a safe, and plenty of towels. It was so bright and very well thought out design - even the amenities outside of the room in the hallway like the water fountain, iron, and extra towels and toilet paper were all great. The daily pasty and coffee was so handy and we always looked forward to it - great way to start each day! We will definitely be back :) thank you
We really enjoyed Untitled! Great location with an active art alley. Quiet and cozy room with balcony and great views. Complementary bakery item and coffee was great each morning. Appreciated the ability to stock up on essentials and fresh towels on floor during our stay. Would recommend.
BEST HOTEL!!!! I don’t think words are enough to say how much I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was so lovely. Very aesthetic and beautiful place. The rooms were clean, nice, and well thought out. I especially enjoyed not worrying about a key card and using a keypad with a PIN to get in the door. I’ll keep the story short, but I had an issue with my outlets in my room. I was very quickly and kindly helped and switched to a new room. I was so grateful!!! I will note the hotel entrance is down a short alley, but it’s not sketchy in the slightest. Lots of people and lights. Would stay here again and again!!
We had an absolutely brilliant stay recently. The location is really handy to subways etc. The pastry and coffee each morning was excellent. Our room a Queen ADA was perfect and a very good size for new york. The constant people filming and taking pictures in the alley as well as at the entrance to the hotel got a bit tiresome. Roof top bar was excellent. Would highly recommend. The lady on reception was particularly pleasant and friendly.
One of the best hotels in New York! Located in Soho, in a super central area, walking distance from lots of restaurants & cafes, and only 5 mins walk from the Bowery subway station. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, very modern, with a spacious lounge that has dining tables, comfortable sofas and a nice patio if you want to sit outside. It also has really cool features like a photo booth, a pool table, pacman video game and even a tattoo studio! They offer complimentary coffee & pastry every morning for the hotel guests, which is super nice. The room wasn't so spacious, as expected from a hotel in Manhattan, but it was well organized with a large and comfy bed. The towels & linen were very good quality. There's also a rooftop bar on the 11th floor, where they host special events and parties. We went there a few times for a quick drink and the vibe was great. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, and they assisted us with every request we had right away. Can't wait for our next visit in New York to stay there again!!
