Went to Refinery Rooftop for brunch and had an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the host, Kim, and seated immediately. Sayette and Carolyn provided attentive and friendly service throughout brunch, making sure everything was perfect. Later, I moved to the bar where Ellie made some amazing cocktails. I also spent some time chatting with the manager, Tina, who made me feel completely at home. The rooftop’s incredible view of the Empire State Building made the atmosphere even better. Between the outstanding hospitality, delicious brunch, great cocktails, and breathtaking views, this was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!
We loved absolutely everything about The Refinery. Ellie, was such an amazing server. She was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our entire experience. We appreciated all that she did to make my son’s 21st birthday lunch a memorable and happy one. She even bought out a piece of cake and shots for us all - so much fun! The food was delicious, the bar is trendy, and the atmosphere is simply beautiful and clean. We also had great views. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! It’s one of my new favorites.
This very nice spot in midtown if u want to get drink and food and chill on a rooftop. The service is great the ambiance is a very nice . For tall person the couches were super low. But the food was great. We had the BBQ chicken wings and Thai chicken 🐔 wings. Also the steak 🥩 panini very good and the burger 🍔 was melt in your mouth delicious. We had a reservation. So we came in and sat right down. Unfortunately our party had to be split in two. What u thought was really great was when the check came they have software where u can scan the QR code and everyone can choose their items and do separate bills without the server getting involved. Everyone should have this .
We recently traveled from Toronto to New York and had the chance to enjoy lunch at Refinery Rooftop, and it was a fantastic experience. The rooftop patio is covered, making it comfortable to sit outside and take in the skyline views regardless of the weather. Its location is also very convenient, just a short distance from Grand Central Station. The service was excellent from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and efficient. The menu offered plenty of variety, with something for everyone, and everything we tried was delicious. The drinks truly stood out—they were creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. Overall, Refinery Rooftop is a great spot for brunch with a view, combining atmosphere, quality food, and top-notch service. Definitely worth a visit when you're in New York.
This was a fun place to have a drink and snack before seeing a show. They patio area was covered so it was comfortable even at 40 degrees. Their drinks were fun and tasted delicious. The old fashioned was a generous pour for the price. It also had a good view of the empire state building. We had the cheesecake and the tuna appetizer. Both very delicious. They had lots of other food that looked tasty as well. Overall, a cool place for drinks.
