I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a dish featuring Dungeness crab, and it was absolutely outstanding. The flavors of the crab were fresh, rich, and naturally sweet, truly highlighting the quality of the seafood. What impressed me most was the perfect balance of spices. The seasoning enhanced the crab’s flavor without overpowering it, and the spice level was just right enough to give a gentle kick while still allowing the delicate taste of the crab to shine through. It was a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to any seafood lover!

Loui Boil just opened in Edgewater and it’s already a hit. If you love bold, spicy Cajun seafood, this is your spot. Everything comes tossed in their signature house-made Cajun sauce and you can really taste the flavor in every bite. We ordered a seafood boil with a mix of crab legs and shrimp, chose our spice level, and added sides like corn, potatoes, and sausage. The portions were generous and perfectly cooked — juicy, saucy, and packed with heat (but you can go mild if that’s your thing). They’re running a great soft opening special during the week — the more pounds you order, the more corn and potatoes you get, and if you order four pounds you even get a whole lobster. Such a good deal. It’s also BYOB, which makes it even better for a fun night out. They have private party rooms too, so it’s perfect for birthdays or group dinners.
