We stopped by Junior's for their famous cheesecake and a couple of milkshakes. The cheesecake was good and definitely lived up to its reputation, although I've had cheesecakes that I enjoyed a bit more. The milkshakes were also pretty good and paired nicely with the dessert. The restaurant was really busy when we visited, but it never felt overcrowded. The space is much bigger than it looks from the outside, and they seemed well prepared to handle the crowd. Overall, it was a nice experience and an iconic place to visit while in New York.
Atmosphere was great. Got a chance to see a few stars coming out of an adjacent Broadway play while we ate. Food was great also. The chopped liver was surprisingly great if you're into it.
This place was okay and I honestly had higher hopes. I was in Time Square for a few days and have been told by multiple people to give Juniors a try for the Cheesecake. Well, my buddy and I decided to do dinner there on a Saturday evening. We were seated right away even though they were packed. I was hoping for breakfast for dinner but was told that location does not serve breakfast after a certain time, which was fine. I ended up with the Fried Chicken Dinner. I had to ask for the gravey that was supposed to come with my mashed potatoes although they put the dip in the mashed potatoes they never put the gravey. My waitress for some reason desired a back and forth about this which led me to believe she wasn't experienced. I later confirmed this when I ordered Strawberry Cheesecake but was bought Strawberry Cheese Pie. She insisted they were the same thing even though they are different on the menu. I decided it was not worth the hassle. I enjoyed the food and hope not to run into that server until she has had more training.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake, and it was simply incredible. The texture was perfectly creamy, rich without being overwhelming, and the strawberry topping added a fresh, slightly tangy sweetness that balanced everything beautifully. The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and welcoming, with a classic New York diner vibe that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Despite being busy, the service was efficient and friendly, and everything felt well organized. What really stood out was how fresh and high-quality everything tasted. You can tell there is real craftsmanship behind their desserts. The cheesecake alone is worth the visit, but the overall experience makes it even better. If you’re in New York, this is a must-visit spot for dessert lovers. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip.
I had an amazing dining experience at Juniors. The food was absolutely outstanding — the croissant, cakes, muffins, cappuccino, and complementary delicacies-everything we ordered were all top quality and incredibly delicious. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the service, especially from our server, Shawn. He was very professional, kind, and attentive throughout our visit. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond with his hospitality. His service really stood out and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. I’m definitely planning to come back again and would highly recommend this place to others.
