There’s “fine” dining, and then there’s THIS fine dining. Every aspect of “fine” dining is certainly abundant here: each bite to be celebrated, each sight to behold, each sense a sensation. Yet beyond what any restaurant can accomplish with money and mechanisms, HAGS transcends into a feeling of humanness. No pretentious masquerade nor sneering façade; this is a place of folks looking to harmonize excellence with access, inclusion with inspiration, passion with presence. Offering world-class Sunday brunch priced to the customer’s choice, I got the feeling that the folks working here share my gratitude that a place like this exists. Long may that spirit survive and HAGS thrive!
Had a truly exceptional dining experience here. The ambiance was perfect, my friend and I came for an early dinner and had a perfect table right by the window. We opted for the omnivore tasting menu and wine pairings, and were blown away by the staff’s knowledge and care. The quality of the food was exceptional; each bite was perfectly prepared and curated. Really felt like a labor of love and a work of art rolled into one. Shoutout to Camille, the kind and charming beverage director, who walked us through each of the beautiful wines on the menu as if telling a story. Really elevated experience that felt comfortable and homey. Can’t wait to go again.
Great tasting menu and service here. The meat version of the menu had steel head trout and wagyu added as the meat courses. Probably didn't need it through and their vego / vegan menus were top class with lots of variations and details befitting a real top shelf fine diner.
I would give this place 6 stars if I could. They deserve a Michelin Star! Exquisite flavors, inventive menu design, and the warmest hospitality. Love it!
