Reviews
Florentin restaurant on the Upper West Side is such a cozy and authentic spot with amazing Italian food and a warm atmosphere. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made the experience special was the outstanding service from Martha — she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about the guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this neighborhood gem!
05/16/2026 Florentin The Service & The Place: What a pleasant surprise Florentin was. Let me start highlighting the manager/host Sammy. From the moment we arrived he was kind enough to accommodate us a in very nice table in the patio and continued to check that we were fine. The waitress, Martha was also very professional and pleasant. The place with its young, casual atmosphere was delightful, refreshing and chick. Great to meet with friends, family, or associates. Great prices, also. The Food: Mediterranean with American and European influences. We ordered the “Avocado Toast.” A different twist to the traditional with touches of nuts and cauliflower. We decided to give it a try, to the “Pancakes” to taste the blueberry compote. You will not be disappointed of this selection. We also ordered a “Cappuccino,” however, was a bit disappointed. We asked for hot milk to fix it. Too strong. Highly recommending this spot because of the atmosphere, the service and the food. “Eat deliciously"
Came here for lunch. It’s a small, cozy spot with really great service, conveniently located near the children’s museum. They also have a kid’s menu, which is always a plus. The French onion soup was delicious, and the crispy artichokes were a standout. Such a cute spot, would definitely come back!
Florentin was good. We made a reservation same day for Saturday night. Best thing was the artichokes, very flavorful! Bronzino was really good too. The chicken was a bit dry, wouldn’t get that again. Overall good experience and good service.
Been on my list for a while and so glad I found a time to go. If they had a good happy hour deal that went till at least 7 pm I would be here weekly. Perfect spot for drinks and apps. Started with the spicy mango margarita which was great but I think the burrata and crispy artichoke were the stars of the show.
