I had a very comfortable stay! All of the staff were kind and friendly. I especially want to thank Bhargavi, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She helped me when I needed assistance and gave me some great recommendations for things to do in NYC, which I really appreciated. She made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

We stayed here for almost a week & the service, hospitality were great along with the staff. Shiriya, the front desk staff was really great on any concerns & services that we need. We were offered any additional service that we need to make our stay pleasant!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The AC was great and the WiFi was solid too. I happened to visit right as the hotel was going through a rebrand so everything felt fresh and updated. The check in staff were really kind and even offered me an early check-in at no charge The area surrounding this hotel is a bit sketchy to walk around, but there are always plenty of people out so it never felt completely unsafe Overall, for the location and quality, this is a fantastic option. Would definitely stay again.
