We had an excellent stay at NobleDEN. The location is perfect for an easy walk to SoHo, Nolita, Little Italy, Chinatown, and subway lines. It was also only a few minute walk for my Chinatown food tour. From this hotel you have unlimited access to incredible food and shopping. I would recommend this location to anyone who has that as a focus of their trip to NYC. The room was spotless and very comfortable for a family of 3, considering tiny rooms of NYC. And also, very importantly, from inside the room the location was almost silent, which is so rare in the city. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we felt like VIPs. A special thank you to the general manager, Morgan, who was so kind to my husband and daughter when they arrived before me. He generously shared sunscreen for my daughter, brought them up to enjoy the rooftop while waiting for our room, and even gave her some lobby snacks. The croissants in the lobby from the Italian bakery across the street are a wonderful touch. For the first time ever I jokingly hesitate to post this review because I selfishly want to keep this special spot all to myself.
I recently returned from my trip to New York City, and staying at NobleDEN Hotel was one of the best decisions we made. We booked it based on Google Reviews and Expedia recommendations, and it truly is a hidden gem. My wife, our 6-year-old son, and I stayed in a 1 King Room. The hotel is small but cozy, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. If you're visiting New York, it's important to set realistic expectations—hotel rooms are generally smaller than what you might find in cities like Las Vegas. For our family of three, however, the room was perfect. We mainly needed a comfortable place to sleep, shower, and recharge after a full day of exploring the city, and NobleDEN delivered exactly that. One of our favorite features was the rooftop terrace. It was a wonderful place to bring takeout food, relax, and enjoy the beautiful NYC skyline views after a busy day. The location couldn't be better. Within a 5-minute walk, you'll find countless restaurants, shops, subway stations, and attractions. It made getting around the city incredibly convenient. We stayed at 1 king bed for us 2 and our 6 years old son. The hotel is at perfect location. It is a small but cozy hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful. For a room in New York, don't expect Las Vegas style hotel room, but is is perfect for us 3 since we need it for sleeping and cleanup, which it is the only things you do when you in NYC, not staying in your room. The rooftop is a plus, take your food and enjoy the beautiful view of NYC. From there, everything you need is a 5 mins walk. Thank you NobleDen, thank you Google reviews. We will staying here again on our next trip to New York City.
Why WOULD'NT you stay here? This place was AMAZING. First of all, the staff was some of the friendliest staff I've ever seen in a hotel in my life. What I witnessed was customer service at it's best! There was coffee/tea/hot cocoa at all hours and croissants in the morning. Second, the rooms had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the room was perfect for two people. There were slippers and water and toothbrushes and plenty of towels and more places to charge electronics than I've ever seen. So please, book this place. You will not be disappointed. BRAVO to everyone there. I will be recommending your hotel as often as I can.
This hotel is excellent! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Morgan was so sweet to our 5 month old son! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect! There are so many good options to eat with our favorite being L’industrie Pizza across the street. We will definitely be back soon!
Our stay at the NobleDEN Hotel in NYC was fantastic from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city without hassle. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, but a special mention goes to Morgan, who went above and beyond. He engaged so naturally and kindly with my children, making them feel included and comfortable throughout our stay. That personal touch made a big difference and didn’t go unnoticed. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a perfect blend of convenience and genuine hospitality. We’d absolutely stay here again.
