We had a fantastic stay here as a family of four. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, and we really appreciated the service, like the daily cleaning and replacement of essentials such as (delicious) ground coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The building is absolutely gorgeous and has an excellent coffee shop and grocery store in it, which was extremely handy. Location wise, we found it perfect - in the heart of the financial district, a short walk to the river and Brooklyn Bridge and a subway station two minutes walk away that took us uptown quickly. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Had such a great experience staying at Mint House 70 Pine by Kasa! The entire stay felt comfortable, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The views were beautiful and made the experience even more special. One of my favorite parts was the kitchen — it was fully equipped with everything you could need, which made the stay feel convenient and almost like being at home. The space was clean, well designed, and perfect for relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting NYC!
I stayed for two nights while in New York City for business and had a great experience. I stayed in a Studio King apartment-style room, which was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed. It genuinely made me feel like s resident of the city. The location was extremely convenient, especially given our meetings took place on-site. The multiple restaurants and bars were a nice offering, and having a solid bodega within the building was a big plus. The front desk team members were lovely. Upon arrival they were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. They made the check-in process easy! Overall, I enjoyed excellent accommodations, great service, and a perfect location. I would absolutely stay here again!
We had an awesome stay at Mint house! Super comfortable and spacious apartment, with plenty of storage space. It's in a great location, lots of cafes, cool bars and shops nearby including a really nice cafe & eatery downstairs! We really liked the area as its close enough to all the action of NYC but its also relatively chill and safe at night. We loved it! Would definitely stay again.
Absolutely LOVED our stay here. I came with my family for my sons 17th birthday. Every single thing about it was outstanding! Beautiful room in a wonderful area. Very clean and super quiet, tons of closet space, staff was excellent, bed was extremely comfortable and the room was huge!! Probably one of the best I've ever stayed in. I can't wait to come back. New York was amazing and the room made it just that much better. 10 stars.
