Rooms were very clean. They don’t have onsite parking so we used a garage about 1/2 mile away (Champion Parking-$55 per 24 hours). We were a 10 min Lyft ride to Battery Park for our Statute of Liberty tour. We eventually made it to Times Square but were able to catch the subway back. It took about 25 min including 20 min subway ride and 5 min walk back to the room. Rooms were great and what we expected. We were only here for a day but room met my expectations.
We stayed here for five nights as a family vacation to NYC. Compared to other hotels in Manhattan, this hotel had a bigger room (2 queen beds), which was a positive. People working here were all extra nice to their guests, which was another big positive. The location is in the middle of expanding Chinatown, which was not good and super pleasant to us. I am not sure but we may not come back here again. As a Local Guide, I wish to suggest to replace ALL towels in any sizes in your hotel in a near future.

Great location in Chinatown, just a short walk to the metro, which makes getting anywhere in the city easy and efficient. You’re close to everything but still tucked into a neighborhood with character, great food, and constant energy. Service really stood out. Rhonda and Shawn were professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They made the stay smooth from start to finish and handled everything with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Nothing flashy, but comfortable and exactly what you want after a long day out. The winter rate was very reasonable for this part of the city. Not sure how pricing compares during the summer peak season, but during my stay it felt like solid value for the location and service. If you’re looking for convenience, cleanliness, and attentive staff in a prime downtown spot, this is a dependable choice.
