Coming from Europe, was just looking for a cozy place near Times Square on a thursday night. I think the prices are okay when you consider the location. But the staff (on thursday evening) made us feel a bit weird. I understand it's a hotel lounge kind of a place, but just let us know how things work. Like I needed to walk around a little bit to understand where we can sit and how to order things.
I’ve stayed at the W Square Hotel a few times, and every visit I make sure to stop by this bar. it’s become one of my absolute favorite spots. The ambience is elegant, warm, and inviting, with stylish décor and a cozy high-end vibe. I love sitting here with friends, sipping on their delicious cocktails, which are always perfectly mixed and beautifully presented. Their drink menu is impressive, offering a wide selection of creative cocktails and premium bar items. Although they don’t serve food, it’s a great place to start your evening before heading out for dinner, especially since the location right next to Times Square couldn’t be better. Occasionally, they even have live music, which adds a lively and fun energy to the space. The service is consistently friendly, efficient, and attentive, making every visit special. Definitely a must-visit if you enjoy great cocktails and a classy atmosphere!
Nice chill bar at the hotel. It's pricey but it is the W and it is New York City. The Fall Sazerac is great.
