We went to go see a concert a while’s away but saw this really nice hotel online and had to check it out. When we arrived we realized that the outside did not look like the pictures online at all. But when we stepped inside it was gorgeous with a very nice and attentive staff. They even got us a room upgrade because we booked two twins and then they gave us two fulls instead!!! It is definitely a must go to again just wish that some of the photos better matched the outside of the place the inside is beautiful!
I stayed here for one night because of a concert at Barclay’s and it was a good experience. The hotel room was clean and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator, but I was okay without due to how quick my visit was. The lobby had a filtered water tank that could do hot or cold water so you could get it at any time and not have to buy from the vending machine. The location felt very safe and the front desk suggested a parking garage only a couple blocks away that was $22 for overnight valet. Overall, the quality of the hotel was great for the price. I would stay here again for a short trip if I needed to come back to the area.
My niece and her friends were so blessed to find this place at the last minute. Their Airbnb canceled on them once they arrived leaving them without a place to stay. Pointe Plaza Hotel were extremely accommodating and anything they needed at all through their stay they were on top of it. The gentleman at the front desk made sure they received anything they needed. She was so pleased with their stay and the location and the kindness they experienced from their establishment. Thank you all so much.
When I go to a new city and stay in hotel I don’t ask for much since I don’t plan on spending a lot of time there. This one had exactly what I needed and for a great price. Comfy bed, nice 24 hour hotel staff, coffee, walking distance to a few stations, and if I was a morning person there would have been breakfast! I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at all hours and our room was very quiet, was able to take an afternoon nap and sleep at night easily. It was a breeze to get to the city and into other parts of Brooklyn so it made for a good central hub. Thanks to the ladies working the desk! We left our bags with them at check in and check out so we could see more and they were very accommodating.
Clean, spacious rooms with high ceilings. Fresh linen every day. Excellent location to travel between Manhattan and Brooklyn. Overall, great value. Special shoutout to Guadalupe for making us bagels every morning, giving us tips about the city and making us laugh. Thanks to her, we had an amazing stay at this hotel and we cannot wait to come back!! Till next time ☺️
