We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff, especially at the reception, were very friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work, which created a welcoming atmosphere and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, tidy, and perfectly comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.
As a Hilton Honors Gold member, this was a wonderful experience! The staff was so polite and accommodating! We arrived hours early and asked to check our luggage and they offered us to check in early, so we were able to refresh in our room before the afternoon check in time. They also were so considerate upon check out. My husband had just had an outpatient procedure at a local hospital and they made sure he had cold water for the trip home and was not in need of anything. The rooms are newly redone and were spotless; the beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient to many restaurants and transportation. Every single employee was exceptional in their customer service and kindness. This is a great Garden Inn and it was our 2nd time here, but will not be our last. It will definitely be our go to hotel for all future upcoming NYC trips.
We absolutely loved out stay at this hotel! Me and my daughter spent 9 nights in Garden inn at the end of May! The room was spacious, very comfortable, large bathroom with all toiletries! The bed was huge and absolutely amazing to sleep in!Daily room service if you wish, keeping all of nice and tidy for you. The room had coffee machine, microwave, ironing board and iron, hairdryer and of course AC, which you were able to regulate yourself- this was great as we changed settings during the nights! Staff is absolutely amazing, helpful always listening! The hotel location was extremely convenient - 1min walk to subway with 4 lines which got you anywhere you had to be, but also great spot for those who wish to do NY on foot. We made 140K steps for 9 days! Quite of a walk 😁😆 Also worth mentioning that there is a option to have a breakfast in the hotel. Before going I saw some comments regarding lifts: well when we were there - both were in use, perfectly fine and waiting time was minimal! I truly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend!
I had a wonderful stayed as a Diamond guest while celebrating our 23rd anniversary. The hotel kindly upgraded our room, and it was beautifully decorated with thoughtful amenities for our special occasion. The room was newly renovated, very comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The hotel location is also very convenient — right next to the metro station and directly opposite a lovely bagel restaurant. A very special thank you to Jennifer for the beautiful room decorations and amenities, and also to the reception team for their warm hospitality and excellent service. You truly made our anniversary celebration memorable. Highly recommended, and we will definitely stay again on our next visit.
I love this hotel! This was our first stay at this hotel and we will be back on our next visit. The staff are amazing! They are in tune with their guest and treat us with such kindness. Lisa was one of many who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. We were on travel for family and business and she gave us extra care. Our rooms were spotless and smelled amazing. I can’t express how good it feels to walk into a crisp, fresh room. The housekeeping staff should be commended. The attention to cleanliness was notable. Lastly, I even accidentally left all of my souvenirs at the hotel and Lisa and staff tracked it down and made sure they were safe. I can’t say enough about this hotel but we will be back and hope our stay is just as good.
