I've been coming to the Woods for years, it's a gem in Williamsburg with indoor/outdoor options and a huge venue. Outside bartenders B and Lucy were great, they made sure our group had everything we needed for a fun night. They brought us waters and made sure our table setup worked for our 20+ person group. Inside bartender Natalie was also awesome. Love the Woods, the people make the place great, can't wait to come back soon. 😊
Visited for the first time on a Sunday after a long day of work, and I'm glad I did. The moment I sat down, I loved the atmosphere. The backyard concept, pool table, and 2 Tv’s ( I wish they had more Tv’s) What stood out the most was the service. B was an excellent bartender,attentive, and friendly. I only planned on having one drink but ended up staying for more. The frozen strawberry margarita was amazing, and I really appreciated how B noticed my water was almost empty and refilled it without me asking. Wish more bartenders were like him in NY ! Definitely coming back and bringing friends with me!
If you're visiting The Woods, make sure to ask for Abigail at the bar - she's fantastic. As our bartender, she really made the experience special. She made the best sour amaretto I've ever tasted - it was just right, with a perfect balance of flavors, smooth and strong all at once. You can tell she really puts her heart into what she's serving, it's not just about pouring a drink and moving on to the next customer. If you decide to go, make sure to ask for Abigail - she'll definitely take care of you 🔥
I love the woods! It has gone through many changes over the years, but this iteration is by far the best. The disco ball is awesome and the music is great! They even take requests. I love the outdoor space. Joshua is a great bartender, he’s chatty and makes you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Gave me a great beer recommendation! I’d also try the strawberry marg, it’s lethally delicious. The food is also really good like I want the French fries again rn.
My fav bar in Brooklyn forever! Best outdoor space and not just bar food, actually delicious food — love the smashburger (which comes WITH fries) and carnitas nachos. Unique draft cocktails too, and the most wonderful staff
