An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of NYC! You truly cannot beat the location of The Knickerbocker Hotel—it is hands-down the best possible spot to stay in New York City, putting you right at Times Square with everything at your doorstep. We stayed here as a family and it was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire visit. A major highlight was the beautiful rooftop bar, which offers stunning views and a fantastic atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring. If you are looking for the perfect family-friendly luxury stay with an unbeatable location.
We stayed at the Knickerbocker in June celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary . First time in New York. We had a fantastic time . Great room with views of Times Square. Lovely roof top bar. Great location for the subway and within walking distance of ESB, 5th avenue and various other key attractions.The staff were lovely, especially Gania who looked after us so well at breakfast. Also thanks Jimmy who organised a taxi to the airport when all the roads were closed (World Cup). Thank you all for making our first trip to NY so special. Can’t wait to come back
We had an incredible experience here! The entire service staff went above and beyond to take care of us. A huge thank you to Patricia, Natalia, and Felege, who were all fantastic servers and made sure we had everything we needed. JC also did a phenomenal job looking after us after the service—he hosted a great event and truly made the evening special. I would highly recommend coming here, and definitely suggest asking for this amazing service staff when you do. Thank you all for a memorable night!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had another wonderful stay at the Knickerbocker Hotel and felt it was time to leave a review after staying here several times over the years. This is often my hotel of choice whenever I’m in New York City for work, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of everything. Whether you’re looking for great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, or iconic New York sights, everything is just steps away. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Ji and Migena from the hotel team, and to Raymond at Charlie Palmer Steakhouse, who is genuinely one of the sweetest people you’ll meet. Their kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s dining options are excellent, and I’ve had great experiences at each of the restaurants. The gym is also well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a solid workout while traveling. Thank you to the entire team for always making me feel welcome. I look forward to returning again soon and would highly recommend the Knickerbocker Hotel to anyone visiting New York City.
We thoroughly enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend stay at the Knickerbocker Hotel this past weekend! The hotel is gorgeous as it is situated in Midtown just steps away from Times Square. The timeless architecture combined with the updated modern interior design provide a very alluring and inviting hotel experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The concierge staff of Victor, Erick, and Jay were professional, affable, cordial, and informative. They provided excellent recommendations for the best local places to dine, as well as shop for different items. Their dedicated concentration on hotel guests conveys a warm experience that focuses on service and providing a top-notch experience for their respective guests Our dining experience was equally impressive and savored by our entire family! The first-floor casual restaurant of Jake's provided coffee, sandwiches, and yogurt at reasonable prices and with a warm and cordial vibe. The renowned Charlie Palmer steakhouse on the fourth floor provided a memorable experience for both their warm and gracious staff and also the expertly prepared steak and other dishes. The dining manager, Klaudio was attentive, conscientious, and immersed in providing all the patrons an excellent dining experience! His attentiveness and hospitable nature added to us dining at the hotel restaurant several times over our 4 days stay. In closing, the Knickerbocker Hotel provided a 5-star vacation for our family that we look forward to visiting again shortly and would highly recommend it to others looking to visit the Big Apple!
