Had a fantastic 4th of July weekend stay at One Dutch Hotel in FiDi. Staff were super friendly and helpful (front desk and maintenance - had an issue with the TV that they were quick to resolve). Beds were very comfortable. Location was ideal to walk to Battery Park and Seaport - and easy access by subway to other parts of Manhattan and Brooklyn! Will choose to stay here again.
We stayed here while moving our daughter to her apartment! Amazing! It’s your own apartment, kitchen, washer and dryer. It has a lobby and place to store your luggage if needed. Central to everywhere! Definitely will stay here again! It can be a little noisy outside, but for me, worth the extra room and convenience. Amazing!
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable — you’re literally steps away from everything you need. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made such a difference. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Monse and Mentor went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding — you could tell they genuinely care about every guest. This is hands down my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-located hotel with exceptional service. 🙌
I had a fantastic stay at One Dutch Hotel in NYC. I stayed with four others in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, and the space was truly impressive; especially for New York City, where rooms are usually compact. This unit was spacious and comfortable throughout. The bedrooms were generously sized, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. The full kitchen had everything we needed, which made our stay even more convenient. The sitting area comfortably seated all five of us, making it easy to relax together after long days in the city. The gym was well equipped, and the front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. I was a bit hesitant to book because I had read some reviews mentioning it was noisy. While you can hear traffic, it’s New York City and it was no louder than other hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC, Boston or any other large city. (I’ve been to NYC 8–10 times, and the noice level was completely typical of other places I've stayed.) Overall, I highly recommend One Dutch Hotel and will absolutely stay here again. The only improvement I’d suggest is better control over the room temperature, as the unit was extremely warm throughout our stay. Other than that, it was an excellent experience.
I had a really pleasant stay at One Dutch Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. Hesh and Oli at the front desk were amazing,very welcoming and made sure everything went smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. It’s in a convenient location too, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, great service and a nice atmosphere. I recommend booking directly from their website to avoid paying the cleaning fee during the check in. I’d definitely stay here again
