As a travel my preference is IHG hotels. But this location is not so great where it is established. Hard to get into this location traffic is horrific. . Parking garage only for mid size cars and mid size suv. I could not park my SUV I had park my suv elsewhere which was a pain took me 2hrs to find a parking on the street. So if you are driving in they do not accept suv cadillac due to size in there parking garage. Front desk was very nice and professional. Food was amazing as well as service. Room size was great. Well maintained and clean.
We just wrapped up a wedding weekend staying at Hotel Indigo and we have no notes. The staff were always warm and accommodating to our many requests and we never felt we were a bother. It was a very DIY wedding and the staff was so supportive and even celebrated with us as the last minute details came together for the wedding. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the location was fantastic. THANK YOU to the entire staff for your support, kindness, and accommodating mentality during this special time in our family’s life. 💛💛💛💛
Abel who works at the front desk is exceptional at his job and the indigo hotel is very fortunate to have him working there. His personality and overall joy of his job shines thru and he could not be more helpful to the guests staying at the hotel. We have stayed here at this hotel several times coming in to visit our son and the service is very important to my husband and I. Abel was not only helpful w recommendations on the area but was also very helpful w our bags and assisting us w requests!! Don’t hesitate to stay here if you want top notch front desk assistance from Abel!! He’s exceptional at what he does and it shines thru as he works so well w the other front desk folks!! Go… stay here!! You will be sooo happy you did!!
