I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The service was exceptional, and everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. A special thank you to Kane and Nani for going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. Their kindness, helpfulness, and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
My boyfriend and I just stayed here and had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. The place felt very homey and friendly unlike some other hotels. The room was amazing. The location is top tier and within feet of so many stores and restaurants. We had a great time staying here, will definitely be back next time we come to new york.
Feel at home, away from home! The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable — the bed was especially amazing. The location is arguably one of the best in NYC, surrounded by both iconic landmarks and exciting new spots to explore. A huge bonus: the area becomes wonderfully pedestrian-friendly on weekends when the streets are closed to cars. What truly makes the Historic Blue Moon Hotel special, though, is the staff. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful in a way that is increasingly rare to find. David, Bram, and Kane — thank you for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely be back!
I hardly ever review hotels I stay at, but this one exceeded all my standards. The hotel is in the perfect location (in the middle of lots of food, shops, etc.) has insane views from the balconies, and the best hospitality/staff. I got to stay in two different rooms and they were even better than the pictures online. We used valet and got to park right in front of the hotel, which was most convenient for us. We were supposed to leave NYC but loved the hotel way too much, so we stayed an extra night and the staff was very accommodating. It’s not often you feel at home in a hotel, but this one made it feel like that. The art and culture here is a beautiful touch. Even my kitten loved it here. Thank you so much for making my birthday trip a great one, it is very bittersweet leaving :)
We had such a wonderful stay at The Historic Blue Moon Hotel! From the moment we walked in after a red-eye flight, Jay was incredibly helpful, kind, and so professional. Traveling overnight can be exhausting, but Jay immediately made us feel welcome and taken care of. He truly helped us from the second we stepped into the hotel and was so accommodating throughout. I also want to highlight Bram, Dovid, and Joe—they were all super attentive and consistently checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of care really made a difference. The hotel itself is a perfect boutique stay—charming, comfortable, and ideally located. It’s so close to everything in SoHo, Little Italy, and Chinatown, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. Thank you to the entire team for such an enjoyable and seamless stay. We will definitely be back!
