The Hyatt Regency Times Square was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in NYC. It was centrally located, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, and the service was excellent. We were especially grateful to Evelyn M. who helped us with a problem that we had with a third party booking agency that we unintentionally used to book our stay. Even though Evelyn was swamped with long lines of guests at the front desk, she took the time to speak with her manager to enable us to get the rooms we had originally booked. Her sympathy and above and beyond efforts relieved our stress and ensured that we had a wonderful stay. We will definitely recommend this hotel, and we highly encourage all guests to make sure to book directly with the hotel and not with a third party booking agency.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. After a long journey, we arrived feeling very tired, and the warm welcome we received made all the difference. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who checked us in(sandra). She was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She generously offered us a complimentary early check-in and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Her professionalism and genuine hospitality made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Thank you for such excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!
If there were infinite stars for this review, the Hyatt Regency Times Square would deserve every single one of them. We stayed at the hotel for a few days, and our experience could not have been better. We just checked out and we already miss it, not only the city of New York City but also the wonderful hotel where we stayed. The room was beautiful, cozy, and spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and everything was absolutely spotless. We truly felt at home. The entire hotel structure is impeccable, from the reception to the elevators and the luggage storage room, from the smallest to the biggest details. One of the most important highlights was the service provided by the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, attentive, and kind. We would like to give special thanks to Victoria, who made our arrival in New York feel lighter, happier, and more memorable. The service from a hotel team can transform a big part of a trip, and at the Hyatt Regency it added so much to our experience, especially thanks to her attention and care. We left extremely satisfied, already missing the hotel, and certain that on our next trip we will choose the Hyatt Regency again. Greetings from Brazil.
This hotel is right in the heart of Times Square and appears to be either brand new or recently renovated. Either way, I honestly have no complaints. I stayed on the 45th floor, and my room was spacious, spotless, and had incredible views of the city. The front desk staff was attentive and accommodating, even allowing me to check in an hour early. The hotel bar is beautifully set up, and the staff there was phenomenal as well. One evening when I returned late, there was a gentleman at the top of the escalator verifying that guests entering were actually staying at the hotel, which made me feel very safe and secure. The gym was also a nice touch, with both bottled water and a water refill station available for guests. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in New York.
We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Regency Times Square New York! Erica at the front desk helped us with a seamless check-in process. She was incredibly helpful and gave us such a warm welcome to New York!! She went above and beyond in every way. Since it was our first time visiting NYC, she also shared many useful local tips with us, which we really appreciated. We stayed on the 43rd floor and absolutely loved the view — we could enjoy both the beautiful water view with stunning sunsets and the iconic Times Square view to truly feel the NYC vibe. The rooms were very new, spacious, and comfortable. All the hotel staff we interacted with were kind and professional. The hotel also offered complimentary luggage storage with careful tagging, which was extremely convenient and gave us peace of mind while exploring the city. The location honestly could not be better — Broadway is just minutes away by foot, and there are endless choices for food, coffee, and everything you might need nearby. We would absolutely love to stay here again on future visits to New York, whether for business or vacation. Highly recommend!
