We will start in the historic center of Chinatown where you will learn both the history and the modern-day perspectives of neighborhood. We will taste a couple of my neighborhood favorites before visiting the largest indoor food market where I will provide explanations on the practices of Chinatown's businesses. Lastly, we will venture to the Fuzhounese side of Chinatown and have a final taste.
