One of the best experience I got in a 5-star hotel, they are listening to any of your needs and they are as kind and professional as one can be. Location is great, rooms were perfect, clean, spacious and very quiet. Bedding was also very good. One advice though, if you like great quality home made food avoid la marchande, for brunch or breakfast, their bakeries are not home made (I am French I know what a croissant is and this was whole food type) and their baguette is also not fresh. Wall Street hotel, you are advertising great food on site, work with local bakeries or do something because this is not at the level of the hotel ! Overall great experience !
Easily the best 5 star hotel experience I’ve had in NY! What a pleasant surprise The Wall Street Hotel was! I am a C-Suite executive that has experienced several 5 star hotels in NY and I can say that none even comes close. We came for an anniversary trip and we were absolutely pampered by the entire staff. From Henry who took our luggage when we arrived with the biggest and warmest smile, to Kaylin (spelling?) who checked us into our incredible suite with a beautiful view of the water, to Inga the concierge who reached out to us before we arrived and arranged the most beautiful surprise of a cake and cava for our celebration and was ready to help make any reservations we needed for our trip, to Kirn at the restaurant Le Machande who could not have been more considerate, knowledgeable and attentive. It was the most fabulous trip, with easily the best 5 star service we could have imagined, in the most beautifully decorated hotel with all the thoughtful amenities you could ask for. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and I can confidently say that it will now be our go to for our trips to the city. Just wow!
I had an incredible stay at the Wall Street Hotel for my birthday weekend. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and a perfect location for exploring the city. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely accommodating from the moment we arrived. But special shoutout to Bertania for her outstanding hospitality and attention to detail to make the stay special. The staff went above and beyond and every interaction was warm and thoughtful. It's rare to find a hotel that combines luxury with such personalized service. I can't recommend the Wall Street Hotel enough, and I'll definitely be back!
Just spent 2 days at the hotel and it’s my new favorite hotel in the city! Everyone who works at the hotel is friendly, helpful and has an amazing positive energy! The rooms are beautiful and feel brand new. My room smelled like it was freshly painted. Everything in the room is well thought out and the toiletries are excellent. I loved all the Frette throughout! Only the best hotels in the world typically have Frette sheets, towels and robes so this was a really nice surprise. The lounge and restaurant was also excellent. I looks forward to coming back!
We love this hotel and would recommend it without hesitation. The location is fantastic, and the design sensibility runs through everything — design books placed throughout the public areas and the rooms ground the whole space in a real aesthetic point of view rather than generic hotel decor. The lobby lounge is beautifully done: engaging art and floor-to-ceiling windows set inside a classic building, which makes for a striking room to sit in. We were given a status-based upgrade on arrival to a corner king — light, comfortable, with a large and equally comfortable bathroom. The in-room minibar setup is genuinely unique: essentially a stylish full bar in the room rather than the usual handful of overpriced miniatures. The bathroom products, water pressure, bed comfort, and housekeeping were all standouts. It's also family owned, which is a real plus and comes through in the character of the place. And on value: priced around or under $500 a night, this is a deal — comparable rooms and hotels floor significantly higher. Two things didn't go perfectly. Our arrival was rough — we pulled in during a thunderstorm to find cones blocking the area in front of the entrance, and between those and other traffic we couldn't pull up to unload, so we ended up hauling luggage out of the car in the downpour. And dinner at Lounge On Pearl was a letdown on service — the ambiance, live music, and cocktails were all excellent, but the meal itself fell short, likely a one-off staffing issue. Once the hotel knew, they genuinely went out of their way to make things right. That kind of response is exactly why we'd come back — and we will.
