Great location obviously. Yes the rooms are very small, but not a problem if you plan to spend most of your time out and about and you don't have a lot of bulky luggage. The air conditioning was great, the bathroom was a good size. My only complaint is the in-room coffee maker did not work, even after someone came up to try to fix it. Would book here again, though.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stored our luggage when we arrived early in the day. Left my daughter and I a cute welcome in our room. Rooms are small, but all NYC rooms are small. It was just right for us though. We are only there to sleep really and SLEEP was amazing in their beds! Linens, pillows and robes are divine. Highly recommend. It is close to everything in Midtown and easy to go in any direction.
We absolutely loved this hotel. Super small and unique! The rooms were small (it is NYC after all). We walked all over on some of the hottest days NYC has seen in decades (roughly 40 miles total on our trip) and when we arrived back at our rooms late each night, we came in to clean towels, freshly made beds and our youngest daughters stuffed animals were even places sweetly on her pillow. It was the little touches that made us so happy and made us feel at home. We will definitely stay here again!
This hotel is one of the very BEST we've ever stayed at! We stayed only one night - celebrating a birthday - and they had put out a birthday sign on the bed for our arrival. The hotel is gorgeous! The bedding is so comfortable and was not noisy - we slept perfectly! The staff is amazing! The perks are amazing! Cannot say enough good things about this hotel! HIGHLY recommend!
We stayed here for two nights and it was a great little boutique hotel. The location is super close to Penn station, the High Line, Hudson Yards, and walking/subway distance to so many other places. Check-in and check-out were very quick and easy. Every staff member we interacted with during our stay was pleasant and friendly. There is water bottle refill station in the lobby, which we really appreciated. The room was what we expected for Midtown - the bed was comfortable and we had enough room if we kept our stuff tidy and contained. The only bummer was the air conditioning unit was right next to the bed and loud when we were sleeping. Unfortunately we had to keep it on because the window didn't open enough to cool off the room at night and it didn't have a screen. I think this is all expected in a hotel room on the 20th floor, though. We checked out and the hotel was kind enough to keep our luggage for the entire day. We even left a hat in the room and called an hour after we checked out and the staff communicated with us via text to locate it and place it with our luggage. They were very cool about it and were very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend for great service and a convenient location.
