Great place to stay. The location is amazing, lots of restaurants, coffee shops and local grocery stores near by. Short walk to the subway. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Good air conditioning, a functioning kitchen with a decent size fridge. The staff was such a pleasure. Janelle was a true delight.
One of the best places to stay in New York. The apartment was perfect for a couple, the service was outstanding, the location couldn’t have been better, and everything was spotlessly clean. I would give it the highest possible rating, and we will definitely be back!
Our stay was great! All our questions were answered quickly via chat with the front desk. The front desk held our bags until check in time. The room was very spacious and clean. Location was in the heart of fidi and easy to get to the trains and seaport. I live in Brooklyn (too small for 4 extra guests) and we stayed with some guests from out of town and they were impressed. I wish we got there sooner to enjoy the rooftop (closes at 11)- that’ll have to be for next time. I didn’t catch the front desk lady’s name but she had red curly hair and was very patient and kind (Refreshing service in NYC)! Thanks for the wonderful stay- hope to be back soon!
We had a wonderful stay at Nester Finn. The location is truly fantastic - everything is within walking distance. The building is a beautiful older high-rise with a great rooftop terrace that was often empty. You get a fantastic panoramic view. The apartment was simply but nicely furnished. It had everything we needed and was cleaned every day. There were always fresh towels. We were even able to work out at the gym for free. The room was mostly quiet, but sometimes you can hear the garbage truck or street sweepers at night. Everything was great, except for one thing. We just want to share this so you're aware of this when you make your reservation: When we booked, we had kindly requested a room on a higher floor. We were told that a room on the 14th floor (with a specific room number) had been booked - great! That sounded very definitive to me. I even asked if it would cost more - they said no, it had been reserved that way for our booking. But when we arrived, we unfortunately got a different room. Not only that, but it was on the 3rd floor - so from 14th to 3rd floor. Not a big deal itself, if they hadn’t said otherwise before. The lady at the front desk said they were fully booked that day. I can understand that - but we were a bit sad, too. She wanted to try to switch our room. Unfortunately, she never got back to us within 7 days, even though new rooms kept becoming available. A bit of a disappointment. But at the end we still had a great stay - that's important to say!

It was spotless, spacious, and extremely well-organized, with attention to detail that did not go unnoticed. The décor was elegant, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the room made us feel completely at ease. It was clear that great care is taken to maintain the property to a very high standard. Overall, our experience was truly wonderful. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for such a memorable stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a beautiful atmosphere, and we are already looking forward to returning in the future.
