We are so pleased with our stay! Everyone and everyone was such delight! The rooms were so clean and the staff cleaned every day. Checking in was so easy and the front desk staff was wonderful! The laundry facility was a plus for me! We’re definitely staying here again, so convenient to all kinds of transportation.
Fantastic room for the price; pit stop on a road trip to NE. Very kind and knowledgeable staff helped with parking, directions, dinner recommendations, accommodations. Clean and quiet rooms. A much needed place to rest while traveling! Our only complaint is that it’s not as close to time square as we had hoped; older family member couldn’t walk far.
I booked and stayed here at the last minute after a canceled flight. I was a little concerned about staying in a Times Square hotel because I'm a light sleeper, but the price was right. I could not have been more delighted. The room was comfy, cozy, and beautiful. I was on the 14th floor facing the street and I did not hear any noise when I was sleeping. I had accidentally selected a room in front of the elevators on the app, but the friendly front desk lady helped me get an "08" room which is not by the elevators. The room has a fridge and a microwave, which I definitely would have used had I been staying here longer. The location of this hotel is PERFECT, within walking distance of Penn Station/Madison Square Garden, Port Authority Bus Terminal, Times Square, shopping, restaurants, Broadway, everything! This and the fact that they will store your luggage for you after check-out helped me make the most of my extra night.
Stayed here for a conference at the Javits center and it was very conveniently located between where the conference was and MSG. Lots of walkable places to eat in the area and not far from Times Square and other popular tourist areas. Rooms were a bit tiny, but clean and efficient. Felt safe and was able to check in and out from my phone. I would stay here again.
