We visit NYC every other month and needed a hotel near Pier 17. We LOVED this hotel - great location, beautiful cozy rooms with special touches, close to subways and lots of bagels, restaurants etc. but mostly the staff is sincerely kind and helpful! Also coffee served in lobby 6-11 and valet parking 75 a day - worth every penny. Will return soon:)
I booked this room a while back for our stay in the city this past weekend and it worked out really well for us. Gives the feel of a boutique hotel with the combo of modern vintage vibes. Located in the Financial District not too far from trade center - it was easy for us to get here from my parents' place in Jersey and convenient for hopping on the train/walking to other parts of the city. Service was great from the moment we got there. Doorman opened the door greeting us as we walked in; front desk attendant was very friendly, for us checked in quickly and offered us a welcome drink (we chose prosecco as our drinks). Each floor only has about 10 rooms max. The room was good, clean and spacious, especially for being in the city - it was almost 300 sq ft! For those who know, that's a lot for being in the city lol. Overall, good enjoyable stay for us.
Clean, modern and quiet. This is my go to hotel for NYC work travel. Centrally located in FiDi and easy access around the city. Most importantly the sleep quality is unmatched as the hotel and hallways near guest rooms is incredibly quiet. The hospitality the team provides is also unmatched. Angel at the front desk is excellent and provides a high level of care for guests.

I highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City and look forward to returning in the future.
Gild Hall is our go-to hotel for the Five Boro Bike Tour every year. The staff is wonderfully welcoming and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but comfortable and well appointed. The price is reasonable for Manhattan. The Fulton Street subway is just a few blocks away, so you can get anywhere you need to go. A good experience and a very nice place.
