Minji at the front desk provided me with exemplary service and was highly empathetic to a difficult situation I found myself in. She was able to make some changes to my multi-day reservation which allowed me to remain in the same room, while I recovered from a minor surgical procedure. Service like this creates loyalty and gratitude in customers.
2nd time in this hotel. Very nice, clean and convenient. Away from the craziness of Times Square in a more residential area. Safe and easy to flag a taxi. The manager Fabio Kruschewsjy was extremely helpful and accommodating with a special circumstance. Highly recommend!
I had a very pleasant stay with my two daughters and would happily stay here again on a future trip to New York. The hotel was comfortable, well located, and a great option for traveling with family. What made the biggest difference was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help, making us feel welcome from before our arrival through the end of our stay. I would also like to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent work. Our room was always clean, organized, and very well maintained. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and attention. We had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning in the future.
Very nice attentive staff at the front desk. Room was clean however the AC was not working properly, we contacted the desk but the engineer never came to the room. Hotel advised full workout room with sauna and steam room, unfortunately the sauna and steam room were not available due to repairs? Honestly they need to post what is available on their website. Location is great but items not functioning and unavailable amenities brink the rating down.
We will definitely be booking this hotel again in the near future. The rooms were clean, the team working through the weekend was great. The fitness room is excellent for a hotel. If you are a peloton user they have a few you would just need to have your riding shoes with you. Near several great resturants and not to far from the subway system.
