There’s nothing better than staying at a Four Seasons Hotel! The room was clean and large. Service was exceptional as usual! Love the location! Close to Little Italy and some great shopping in SoHo. Highly recommend this hotel. One of my favorites in NYC
My husband and I had the most wonderful stay for our anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the room is comfortable and lovely (also, incredible bathtub!!), the pool is great, the room service is delicious and the staff is above and beyond helpful and kind. Every one we encountered was an absolute delight and we felt truly cared for. It was perfect start to finish. We can’t wait to go back!
First time at this Four Seasons (usually stay at the midtown location) and would definitely return. Service was amazing overall but want to highlight Marissa at the front desk for being kind and helpful. And David at breakfast who not only remembered our order from the first day but all of quirks and special requests. He went above and beyond and was 100% correct that the pain au chocolat was worthy.
We checked into the Four Seasons NYC Downtown yesterday and have had an amazing experience. The room was clean and well furnished and we had a view of the WTC from the 15th floor. We had dinner at Cut last night with my son and his other graduate friends. Everyone loved their steaks which they said were the best they’ve had. Other standouts were the scallops and the cauliflower- amazing! But the best part of our trip was meeting Vash Mungur who anticipated our every need! He helped prepare us for everything we needed on graduation day in the 90 degree weather (no A/C at the graduation venue.) He made our stay so much more enjoyable and pleasant and was so solicitous- providing us with Gatorade drinks, a disposable camera and an adorable graduate plush toy! We will definitely be back to stay here! Thank you to Vash and your wonderful team.
An exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are elegant and extremely comfortable, and every detail is perfectly taken care of. The staff is outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The location is fantastic for exploring the city. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and top-quality products. Truly a five-star stay and I would gladly return.
