I Stayed at this hotel in the month of June for 2 weeks. I must say this Hotel I definitely recommend for singles,.couples or families to stay. It's very clean, rooms are nice and the shower felt soooood. The front desk staff, Claudia, Zhane, Lin and last but not least Pyi was great and very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up Wyndham Gardens.
We had a great time staying here! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy parking nearby. Traveling from the Midwest, we had a lot of questions about how to best navigate the parking situation and everyone was very helpful at this hotel. Breakfast was good, you get two free breakfast vouchers, and kids under the age of 16 can eat for free so our whole family was able to eat for free. Love the view from our window and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely choose to stay here again!
Priceline lied on the description, but I'm not going to fault the hotel for that~ no pool/spa and smaller, snug rooms. *Some hidden fees(breakfast and return deposit)* They check your bags pre and post check in/out which was a lifesaver to not lug our stuff around or sit and wait with it and we instead fit more activities in! (Thank you, thank you!) The shower and AC was amazing after a long day out and about! Clean and comfortable room. The balcony does have a view of the Empire State building and is beautifully lit up at night! It is close to so many exciting little things to do~ the vibes change every 6 blocks or so, which was fun! We found an awesome bakery right down the road called Luna and we watched some HS kids play kickball. E-Bikes are everywhere and the subway is very convenient from here. There are 3 restaurants on site; sports bar/beer garden, Ramen bar with sake and a rooftop bar/lite bites. Free wifi, breakfast vouches and daily maid service! Staff is helpful and friendly. Lobby has area pamphlets and nice seating. Overall great experience!
The times I’ve stayed at Wyndham, it was a great experience. The staffs were wonderful and very attentive. I love the view from my room! It was beautiful. I would recommend this place to my families and friends. If anyone stays here I would recommend Wu’s Room for breakfast, Beer Garden, and Rooftop Bar.
We stayed at Wyndham Garden Chinatown from May 10th to May 13th and had a truly wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who remained friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our visit. It immediately gave us a very positive impression of the hotel. We had a room on the 11th floor with an amazing view over New York, which made our stay even more special. Especially at night, the view of the city lights was beautiful to see from our room. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was also spotless and nicely kept, which is something we really appreciate during a city trip. The breakfast was simple, but fresh and tasty, and a great way to start the day before exploring the city. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is definitely the location. Being right in the middle of Chinatown means you are surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of the neighborhood. Other parts of Manhattan are also very easy to reach by subway, making this the perfect base for discovering New York City. We also believe the price-quality ratio is excellent. In a city like New York, it is not always easy to find a hotel that offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a great location, and beautiful views for this price. For us, everything about this hotel felt just right. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We will absolutely come back the next time we visit New York!
